LEAD​​

Ladies that LEAD is a unique equine-based leadership training program that combines leadership development with mentoring, or Leadership through Equine Assisted Development (LEAD).

Ladies that LEAD promotes four fundamental leadership competencies,

Self=Awareness, Learning Agility, Influence, and Communication, through the following programs.
