Leadership through Equine Assisted Development (LEAD) helps women and foster girls understand how to develop themselves as leaders, discover the best ways of working with others, and how to manage conflicts. LEAD shows you how personality and attitude affect leadership style and behavior so you can leverage this knowledge to become a more effective leader and person.
